Make a privacy complaint or request a review
If you have filed a provincial or federal information request and are not happy with the response you received, or feel that your request was not handled properly, you can request a review from the federal Information Commissioner of Canada, or the provincial Information and Privacy Commissioner.
If you are concerned about the handling of your personal information by a public or private body, you can make a complaint to the federal Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the provincial Information and Privacy Commissioner.
