Join FIPA staff, board, members, and others in the information and privacy community at FIPA’s 2017 Annual General Meeting.
This year’s AGM will take place at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, June 21st, at the YWCA Hotel (details below), and will feature a talk by Sinziana Gutiu about the current climate for information and privacy issues in BC.
Sinziana Gutiu currently works as a Policy Analyst with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of British Columbia. Sinziana practiced law at international and national law firms in the areas of cyber liability, professional liability, insurance defence and construction law. She is an Executive Member of the BC Canadian Bar Association’s Freedom of Information and Privacy Section, and enjoys presenting and writing about privacy and FOI, robotics, and technology law.
