If you’re just getting started on setting up your organizations privacy management, or seeking to improve your existing privacy management program, this audio course will help you and your organization to better understand and refresh your understanding about the requirements of privacy law, and the core components you need to know when creating a compliant privacy management program for your organization.
We’ve developed this audio course to help organizations learn about privacy laws in Canada and to walk you through the stages of setting up, managing and maintaining your PMP to remain in compliance.
To bring this learning to life and make it relevant and easy-to-understand, we’ll follow a small non-profit, “Support Capacity Limited”, or SCL on its journey from being non-compliant to compliant. By using a non-profit, we cover a few additional things that non-profits need to consider.
Includes a valuable set of templates, supporting documents, links to resources and checklists which are essential to your Privacy Management Program.
This scenario-based audio training was developed by FIPA and available through ProDio in 16 modules with supporting material and quizzes. The Audio has a total run time of just over three hours (3 hours, 12 minutes 44 seconds). Please note that review of supporting material and the extended body of knowledge will add to your time for completion of the course.
Successful completion of the course qualifies as 3.5 CPD credits through the Law Society of British Columbia.
