The morning of October 20, 2016, BC FIPA presented our submission to the House of Commons Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics aptly entitled “Reform of the Privacy Act: Past Time for Action”
Our submission responds to the recommendations put forth by the OPC earlier this year, with some additional recommendations and comments at the end.
